At the given locations, trainers will have to attach fish to the water bodies to find the LuvDisc. But 5% is a rare catch. You can acquire the Super Rod only by speaking up with the fisherman in front of the entrance of Route 225 in the area of the battle park. The player reaches there after quashing the Pokemon league and unlocking the National Pokedex.

The water type of LuvDisc makes it difficult for grass type and electric type, but also it makes it strong against the fire.
